Transfer event the project Chinacare in kbs, Mönchengladbach

On 3rd Novemebr 2015, between 11.00 and 17.00, the partners of project ChinaCare – Cooperative training for elderly care in China – invite you to a transfer event at KBS Mönchengladbach (The Academy for Health Professions GmbH). At the conference the experiences and results of the project launched in 2013 will be presented and discussed with experts. In particular, the process of transcultural services and business model development will be the focus.

Program Overview:
Under the heading 'Gladbach goes to China -. Why a regional educational institution operates internationally” Thomas Kutschke (KBS) will launch the event. Afterwards, a brief, general overview of the project (Rüdiger Klatt, FIAP eV) will be delivered and the contrasts between the two elderly care systems will be discussed (Claudia Nick, MA & T). What challenges arose from the German understanding of education in cooperation with the Chinese teachers and how they were solved in the project, Susanne Leng (kbs). Silke Steinberg (FIAP), who is coordinating the project and adding scientific support, will deliver an interactive, transcultural process of service development for the education export to China before Kurt-Georg Ciesinger (Gaus GmbH) introduces the concepts and experiences of connected business model development. The last presentation looks at the prospects for the elderly in the project partner Fushun City (Lan Yao, FIAP). Articles by external specialists round off the event.
