Joachim Poß, Member of the German Bundestag, visits FIAP

Together with the chairman of the SPD regional government in Gelsenkirchen-Nord, Dr. Klemens Wittebur, Bundestag member Joachim Poss (SPD) visited FIAP on 08/12/2015 at the Science Park Gelsenkirchen. Both gathered comprehensive information about the current and planned projects of the Institute.

Mr. Poss and Mr. Wittebur were very interested in the research and development projects of the institute in the areas of job design, services and research in the field of international activities. They acknowledged the importance of the five years now resident in Gelsenkirchen Institute for Science Gelsenkirchen site.

As rapporteur for France, Italy, Spain and Portugal in the European Committee of the German Bundestag, Mr Poss was very interested in the European activities and contacts of the institute. The institute management informed Mr. Poss and Mr. Wittebur about planned new research projects that will be carried out in cooperation with companies in Gelsenkirchen and the region.

Joachim Poss and Klemens Wittebur gave numerous suggestions for further work of the Institute and agreed to remain in contact with the Institute.
