Survey on promoting sustainable mobility

The town of Monheim am Rhein has set itself the objective of promoting sustainable mobility, in particular by means of bicycles in the city. In order to support this project and continue to promote the bicycle concept, the city administration has developed, in collaboration with the Research Institute FIAP and project KIE-Lab, a questionnaire. Here, the Monheim citizens were interviewed about service innovation in the field of (electric) bike mobility. The survey was conducted both online as well as at several dates in the local market place. The KIE-Lab team experienced great interest in the questionnaire, particularly about the findings from this in their uses in the further development of KIE-Lab tools.
