On the 11.11.2014 the discussion forum “Companies increase their service productivity: use, design, procedures” was held in the Haus der Wirtschaft Stuttgart. The lecture program made it possible to deal with the issue of service productivity both from a customer perspective and from the perspective of the provider. The KIE-Lab Team, represented by David Hawig, was at the event with almost 100 participants establish many interesting contacts and developed new ideas. The panel discussion, "New Value Creation through the use of technology and interaction - Perspectives on the design of service productivity" was particularly interesting. This was particularly relevant to KIE-Lab and highlighted the importance of customer perspective and integration. After all, it is the goal of KIE-Lab that in discussions and "Idea Fishing" are used to allow companies to work with customers.
