Combined project DEBBI and ChinaCare at the International ddn-Conference "Human Economy - Sustainable Resource Management of an ageing Workforce" in Berlin

Under the title "Human Economy - Sustainable Resource Management of an ageing Workforce" experts, researchers and other interested parties from around the world gathered on the 20th and 21st February 2014 to discuss and exchange ideas about demographic change and the opportunities it provides for companies.

Which recruitment strategies have been proven? Which career path models can produce the best employees for companies? How can age appropriate positions be designed? In lectures, workshops and discussion groups these, and other questions, have been answered.

The highly experienced group of speakers included the British health expert, Prof. Carol Black, the Finnish work-ability expert Prof. Juhani Ilmarinen and the German futurologist Erik Händeler.
