Joint project DEBBI at the 2nd International Meeting in Prag - FIT FOR FLEXI

At the invitation of the Czech project ‘FIT FOR FLEXI’, FIAP attended their conference in Prague and presented project DEBBI, Flexi balance and a comparative study on the working conditions of women and older workers in Germany and France.

FIAP gave an overview of the tools developed by Project DEBBI and the completed project Flexibalance, as well as presenting the comparative studies of FIAP regarding these groups of people in Germany and France. The international meeting with representatives from Poland, Sweden, Germany, France and the Czech Republic was held from the 2nd to 5th of February 2014. The culmination was the international conference held at the Skoda University in Mlada Boleslav on the 3rd February, with more than 60 participants from academia and industry. The project initiatives for restructuring and increasing flexibility across the European job market were presented and discussed, in relation to gender and generational equity in the participating countries.

During the conference the existing network structure of the international working groups was expanded and developed, and possibilities future combined project were explored.
