Project DEBBI at the 10th Network meeting of health establishments in the Emscher-Lippe-Region

On 13 February 2014 FIAP was invited to present the DEBBI project at the 10th Network meeting of Healthy establishments in the Emscher-Lippe region, in the office of the AOK NorthWest, in Gelsenkirchen. The Working Group is currently concerned with the theme "Healthy Leadership" and speaks to companies and organizations in the Emscher-Lippe region. The DEBBI project is especially interested in the following topics:

• Developing and receiving the innovation from older employees,
• Integration of innovative potential from discontinuous career paths, and
• intergenerational innovations potential (Reducing the intergenerational conflicts and stereotypes)

for the interests of the working group. In the context of the project DEBBI, FIAP aims to win business and organizations in the region to use the tools developed in by project for organizational and staff development. In autumn 2014, a meeting of the working group in the science park has been agreed, which is co-organized by FIAP and should be used as a transfer platform.
