Workshop discussion "Care management for medium-sized companies in the Emscher-Lippe-Ruhr region"
On 5th June 2013 the NRW.ProjektArbeit GmbH hosted a workshop discussion group under the title, “Care management for medium sized companies in the Emscher-Lippe-Ruhr region” in which practice and financially consulting and support services were presented. This particular discussion focused on the relevant requirements of small and medium-sized enterprises and their employees.
The implementation of flex-time was covered in depth, predominantly for female professionals who organise childcare or care of family members around work life, this can represent a special challenge to the employee-employer relationship and a sustainable, agreeable solution is sought.
In this workshop, Rüdiger Klatt (FIAP e.V) spoke on the theme, “Why is it necessary to integrate work and care management?” introducing a topic which led to further discussion and the exchange of experiences amongst the project partners.
