The goal of Project Pragdis to develop strategies and tools of preventive occupational health and safety between operational support facilities and individual responsibility for the target group of employees working intermittently / inside the IT industry. They attack the problems of stress triangle (stress, poor diet and lack of exercise) in IT employees. They attack the problems of stress triangle (stress, poor diet and lack of exercise) for IT employees: Employees must - with the support of the existing institutional and social networks for preventive occupational health and safety - form a separate prevention expertise and from a continuous individual prevention strategy develop, which can be implemented in different professional and operational contexts.
The focus of the project therefore is the practical implementation of new concepts and instruments individual-attendant, company and industry-prevention for the target group of discontinuous employment in the IT industry.
