The aim of the project "Flexi Balance" is to explore and develop the conditions for the reconciliation of work and family life through innovative human service concepts in combination with comprehensive family support services provider lines.

Results have proven that integrated professional and financial concepts allow SMEs to recruit well-qualified people and allow the workers themselves to optimize the work-life balance. Such an approach should developed stable yet flexible jobs that meet the shortage of skilled workers, and offer new opportunities to participate in the recruitment process for disadvantaged groups of employees

The concept is intended to be located at the intersection of personnel and family services. It integrates the existing services and acts as an employee-oriented "mediator" between the flexibility needs of companies and workers.
