Participatory development of services
The strong growth of service work shapes our world of work. Services structure our lives. In recent years, complex digital and analog "service networks" emerged that penetrate our world at all levels. They have the potential to trigger positive developments. Particularly with regard to the quality of work but show currently numerous negative effects. Against the background of an interdisciplinary and design-oriented service research, our goal is to make services that encourage a responsible, sustainable way of life and a good quality of work.
FIAP has developed a concept that allows “open innovation processes”, the integration of internal and external partners in the innovation process, the institutionalization of values, creation of partnerships and active participation in the design of products and processes. This conceptual approach is used both for research on intercultural education services for the export of education, as well as to the development of services that support the sustainable mobility.
