Dr. Rüdiger Klatt

Social scientist and labour researcher, he was project manager in the research area sociology of work at the University of Dortmund (TU Dortmund) and has investigated questions about innovative job design and prevention in flexible conditions of the modern working environment for many years. He is editor  of the magazine PRAEVIEW – Magazine for Innovative Job Design and Prevention and was speaker of the focus group „Innovation Strategy and Health“ in the programme „Capacity for innovation in a modern working environment“ of the German Ministry of Education and Research. He is member of the initiative „Social Science Service Research“ (3sR).
Subjects of research: flexible work; discontinuos careers, preventional occupational health protection in the economy of knowledge; working conditions of freelancers and self-employed people, work-life balance in the demographic change.
